PRELIMINARY DESIGN

The preliminary design is initiated upon acceptance of this proposal and completion based upon the actual scope of services to be provided by designer. This design will include drawings of proposed structural and architectural modification, custom built-ins and furniture plans, as well as, the specification of decorative detail and furnishings for approval.

FINAL DESIGN

Final Designs will be prepared incorporating all noted changes and specifications from preliminary designs.Get detailed designs for every space in your home. You can request changes, select colours, upholstery, wallpaper, finishes and more till you’re 100% satisfied.

COST ESTIMATES & SPECIFICATIONS

Simultaneous with development of the final designs, the designer will begin preparing preliminary cost estimates, details & specifications require to begin work.

PROCUREMENT

Upon client approval of specifications and cost estimates, the designer places orders to vendors for furnishings work. A status report is used to keep the client updated on the progress of the job.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

Fabrication of custom furniture and structural changes begin immediately after approval of final design and permitting is received.

INSTALLATION/PROJECT SUPERVISION

Throughout Installation the designer will maintain supervision of the project as required. A punch list will be maintained until all items are satisfactorily completed.

COMPLETION/HANDING OVER

Our team plans, supervises and executes everything from civil work to wall treatments and sends you regular status updates online. When done, you get a perfect home, expertly installed and finished.
