-Space plan development for interior floor plan changes -Perspective showing proposed architectural changes and /or custom Built – in cabinetry. -Layout of proposed furniture plans -Develop electrical/lighting plan -Develop interior detailing.
ESTIMATES
Client will be provided cost estimates for approval of all items specified by designer
prior to purchase by the designer.
ARCHITECTURAL
These items may include but are not limited:
- Lighting Fixtures - Floorings - Hardware for Cabinetry & Doors
- Wall Coverings - Paint colours & Finishes
FURNISHINGS
- Furniture - Custom Cabinetry & Built Ins - Artwork - Turnkey Packages
PURCHASING
Designer will oversee the purchasing, ordering, receiving, storing and installing
of all items needed to complete the interior plan.
SCHEDULING/IMPLEMENTATION
Designer will be coordinating work with all the manpower team to complete the project.
A project schedule will be developed and the client notified of progress throughout the year.
